Go Go Yoga for Kids is thrilled to be the winning recipient of a Karma Kids yoga training this summer! We will be hitting their headquarters in New York City for an amazing yoga in the preschool classroom training. This preschool age group is extra special as they are ready and eager to try all new things. Their imaginations are limitless as they can begin to learn the benefits of yoga at this early age.
I was invited to present at Jordan Creek elementary school about Being a Writer and share the process I went through with publishing Go Go Yoga for Kids. The third grade students were wonderful listeners and asked some insightful questions. Of course we did a few yoga poses and games as well!
I got the opportunity to meet several Iowa authors and talk about our resources and what we could do to help Iowa schools and students be interested and engaged in reading. What a lovely group of ladies. I am hoping to see a lot more of them!
